Our Balcatta showroom showcases our extensive range of products, including timber shutters, internal window blinds, outdoor blinds, roller shutters, security doors and screens. Job Description: We’re seeking a customer‑focused, detail‑oriented team member to join our Balcatta showroom. This role blends sales expertise with administrative duties, supporting customers from first inquiry to final quote. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom Provide detailed information about our products and services Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Prepare and present quotes to customers or organise for one of our consultants to supply a free in‑home measure and quote Process incoming orders Manage and communicate with customers face to face, over the phone and via email Follow up on leads and quotes Assist with after sales support Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure product displays are up to date Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets Requirements Previous experience in a sales or customer service role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic proficiency in using computer systems High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Availability to work Monday to Friday plus one Saturday morning in three What We Offer Competitive remuneration with overtime paid when working Saturday mornings Comprehensive training and ongoing support Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth and development How to Apply If you are passionate about home improvements and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you Please send your resume and a cover letter to **********@westral.com.au Please note that it is Westral's policy to reply to all applicants including those who are unsuccessful.
