COMMERCIAL CHEFS WANTED

• Day, afternoon and night shifts available
• Meals provided during your lunch break
• $31 p/h (including 25% casual loading) + penalties applicable

Programmed Skilled Workforce are partnering with Dnata Catering, a premier catering facility to recruit confident and committed Chefs to join their team at the Perth airport

As a Chef you will be working in a central commercial & industrial size kitchen following bulk recipes from various cuisines. The duties can range from food preparation, chopping, portioning, plating food and drinks onto catering trays. This role offers an immediate start, with a mix of rostered day, afternoon and evening shifts, Monday - Sunday, 365 days per year.

Please note to be successful for this role, all applicants must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance & complete all client specific paperwork before the commencement date.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of bulk cooking
• Commercial size cooking
• Food plating and packaging
• General cleaning and hygiene is maintained to the highest level
• Cooking a wide verity of cuisines

Successful candidates will possess:

• Certificate 3 in commercial cookery
• Previous commercial or industrial chef experience - contactable reference from that position
• WA Drivers license & reliable vehicle (location not easily accessible by public transport)
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work both rostered shifts and on call
• Ability to work in a face paced environment
