If this is you, get in touch with us today About The Role Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to: Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health. Has an initiative to plan clients' activities and other social outings. Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals. Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on. Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing. Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas. This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability. Requirements / Qualifications Fluent in English. A current full Australian driver’s license and own car. Comprehensive Car Insurance. NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW). Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate. Working with Children Check (WWCC). Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills. Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN). Must be driving.
