Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from The Payroll Agency The Payroll Agency | Payroll Specialist Recruiter - The Payroll Agency has partnered with a business in the recruitment of a Payroll Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This company thrives on development and improvements and this role will contribute to ensuring processes are at optimum efficiency. Duties include: Gathering and documenting processes such as process maps. Future process analysis such as identifying risk/benefits etc. Running discovery workshops. Projects. Data analysis, stakeholder engagements and other reporting. In order to be considered please ensure you have: Experience in projects and/or leadership such as a Payroll Manager role. Ability to go to Parramatta 2-3 days a week - they are hybrid and super flexible. In return you will receive a generous salary, which can be negotiated and discussed - around the $150k - $170k + Super mark. If you would love to hear more, please apply online.
