Field Assistant | 2&2 or 8:6 FIFO Roster | Pilbara We're looking for a motivated and reliable Field Assistant to support our growing field operations team. You'll play a key part in maintaining productivity and supporting drilling crews across various operational tasks – all while working in the remote WA setting. What You'll Be Doing Assist drill crew with vehicle escorting in autonomous mining pits to maintain drill rig productivity Assisting drill crews on site where needed Assisting with logistics and loading and unloading of trucks in laydown area Maintaining laydown organisation and presentation to BDC standards Keeping vehicles clean and in good condition Maintaining site safety protocols and procedures What We're Looking For Previous field experience (ideal, but not essential) A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job Physically fit and comfortable working in remote, outdoor environments A current driver's licence Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Competitive pay and conditions FIFO from Perth on a 2&2 or 8:6 roster (South West applicants are encouraged to apply) Supportive team culture with opportunities for development A safe, professional, and down-to-earth work environment BDC would like to encourage Female and indigenous and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
