Administration Officer | Mid North Coast Administration Officer – MBR Electrical (Taree) Full-time | $60,000–$70,000 + Super | Trade Services Industry MBR Electrical is a well-established electrical contracting company servicing clients across multiple regions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Administration Officer to join our Taree office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys supporting a busy team, and has strong financial and administrative capabilities. About the Role As our Administration Officer, you will play a key part in keeping our business running efficiently across multiple locations. Your daily responsibilities will include: Completing bank reconciliations Entering and maintaining daily cashflow Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service Directing incoming leads and enquiries to relevant managers Managing fleet servicing schedules across several sites Updating and maintaining safety documentation Processing weekly payroll using Xero Paying suppliers and managing accounts payable Chasing outstanding debts and supporting accounts receivable Preparing and reporting key numbers and percentages for monthly managers’ meetings General administrative and office support About You We’re looking for someone who brings: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Confidence learning and using business systems (Xero, Simpro) Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent phone manner and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy with financial and admin tasks Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with SharePoint is beneficial Studying or qualified in Business, Administration, Bookkeeping, Accounting , or a similar field Ability to identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes Eager to learn and gain practical, hands‑on business experience Previous experience with Simpro or Xero is desirable but not essential — complete training will be provided Why Join MBR Electrical?
