Three Separate Opportunities: We are recruiting for three full-time roles , each with its own availability requirements: Dental Assistant / Receptionist (DA focus) Monday – Saturday (with an RDO during the week) Dental Assistant / Receptionist (Must have both Reception and DA experience) Dental Assistant / Receptionist (Must have DA experience, can train in reception) The Opportunity: We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Maribyrnong, VIC practice available for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist seeking full time work: Modern dental practice with 3 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Friendly, fun and dedicated team Convenient shopping centre location with all day free parking Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists Treatment coordination Maintain infection control standards and procedures Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Making patients aware of dental services and offers Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You’ll be: Ideally 6+ months’ experience working in Australia as a Dental Assistant Able to learn Reception role or already experienced Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded You’re a motivated self‑starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light‑hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
