About the Role: Step into the essential role of Residential Services Manager and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality care to residents within our Residential Aged Care Facility. Your role is crucial in overseeing daily operations, achieving key performance targets, and maintaining compliance with Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. You will support team members, manage budgets, and drive a positive team culture, ensuring the ongoing sustainability of the site. What You’ll Do: Oversee the operational and clinical governance of the facility, ensuring consistent, high-quality care. Manage the day-to-day operations and personnel performance, including recruitment and terminations. Ensure resident care aligns with contemporary care standards and Sundale policies. Maintain compliance with legislation and regulations. Promote translational research and evidence-based practices to support clinical efficacy. Enable ongoing professional development for team members. Identify, monitor, and remediate operational risks. Drive an engaged culture through transformational leadership. Manage the site financially by contributing to budget development and meeting financial targets. Utilise information and technology to inform business decisions and monitor outcomes. Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Foster a continuous improvement culture through audits and feedback management. What We’re Looking For: Contemporary high-level experience in aged care, human services, or the health sector. Knowledge and understanding of the not-for-profit sector. Current knowledge of Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, funding processes, and relevant legislative requirements. Experience with accreditation processes. High-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Well-developed strategic thinking and analytical skills. Strong leadership and change management abilities. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload. Demonstrated transformational leadership capabilities. Tertiary qualification in health or human services Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA.)
