We specialise in delivering large-scale building defect rectification and façade remediation projects across residential and commercial strata assets. We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to lead our sales and production estimating function – bringing technical depth, commercial acumen, and hands‑on industry insight to help secure and deliver projects with precision and profitability. What you’ll do Oversee tender preparation and cost estimating across complex defect rectification and remediation projects. Lead trade tenders, supplier negotiations, and pricing analysis to ensure competitive, compliant, and profitable outcomes. Collaborate with the bid and project teams to refine scopes, forecast costs, and enhance efficiency across the project lifecycle. Maintain strong networks across subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients. Contribute to process improvement and system development to strengthen Cecure’s estimating framework. What you’ll bring 10+ years’ experience in construction operations, with at least 5 years in a senior estimating role. Background in insurance or defect remediation works highly regarded. Strong understanding of building methodologies, structural systems, and commercial cost control. Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and reporting capability. A proactive, solution‑driven mindset with an eye for accuracy and opportunity.
