We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to take on a Store Manager role at our Highpoint Wheel&Barrow location. Whether you're a rising star in retail or someone looking to grow into management, we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed in this full-time position. WHAT'S INVOLVED? Leading a small team and managing day to day operations of a store, you will run the Highpoint Wheel&Barrow store with your own flair to maximise sales and achieve goals. You're experienced in Retail Store Management – you have an in-depth knowledge of the retail market and know what it takes to run a successful store. You'll be a leader – you will recruit, train and motivate, being a mentor and setting an example for the team. You're analytical – reviewing rosters, sales and KPIs, you will analyse data to improve performance and results. You'll understand your customers – using your exceptional customer service skills you will be able to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise. You're a strong communicator – you know how to influence key stakeholders to get the best possible strategic outcomes. You work well under pressure – respond calmly to situations with competing priorities and find solutions to any problems you face. You'll have an eye for detail – you will implement store merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented at all times. You'll have a focus on safety – adhere to health, safety and environmental standards and regulations and embed a safety culture into the team.
