We have an extensive loyal customer portfolio and have been experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner – AU/NZ to lead financial planning and analysis for our 4PL operations across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will help shape Business Unit functions to align with group and divisional strategies by providing expert financial oversight and actionable insights. The canddiate This hands-on position requires a strong background in management reporting, financial modelling, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role follows a hybrid 4:1 working arrangement, four days in the office and one day working from home each week. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly reporting and forecasting activities, including benefits reporting Manage preparation and completion of Board, Financial Audit, and Risk papers Review and improve financial policies, processes, and supporting documentation regularly Conduct regular meetings with Directors and managers to understand internal and external reporting requirements Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including cash flow management Assist with general accounting tasks such as month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations Drive business unit initiatives, including property optimization and procurement policies Oversee weekly revenue charging summaries and revenue importation into MYOB and Power BI with cross-reference checks Desired skills Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance Business Partner role, preferably with freight industry knowledge Strong management accounting and reporting skills Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at Executive level Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail Skilled in process improvement, time management, and working under pressure Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business intelligence skills with attention to detail Positive, self-motivated, and resolution-oriented, thriving under pressure Flexible, adaptable to change, with sound judgment and initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
