We’re open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and part of The Apollo Restaurant Group , which includes celebrated venues like The Apollo, Yoko Dining, and Cho Cho San. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and knows how to bring bold, honest flavour to life. You'll work with premium produce, on a menu built around generous, produce-driven Greek classics. This is a casual position with flexible hours and clear pathways for development. What You’ll Do Cook and prep with a focus on grilled meats and seafood Keep your section clean, organised, and efficient Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Work collaboratively in a high-energy team What You’ll Bring 2+ years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment (Mediterranean cuisine desired) Strong knife skills and attention to detail Calm, efficient, and focused under pressure Excellent communication and time management A growth mindset—we invest in people who want to learn Why Join Us?
