About the Opportunity Kisumé is seeking a talented sushi chef to join their team. Work with supportive and passionate chefs in an award‑winning venue. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. The Ideal Candidate Must Have Minimum 3 years experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant Experience in high volume, fast‑paced restaurant environment is advantageous Understanding of food safety standards Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication, organisation and presentation Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
