Shotfirers Assistant

Programmed Energy and Resources is currently seeking Shotfirer Assistants for one of our leading mining clients in the Lower Hunter Valley. Roster: Monday to Friday - 4 day week 11.25 hr Shifts Competitive pay rates & overtime available - Casual flat pay rate of approx $50.00 p/h Superannuation paid on all rostered hours Ongoing opportunities Work with a great team that is committed to your safety and is a market leader Opportunities for upskilling About your new role: Working out in the elements Assisting Shotfirers Dipping and tying shot patterns Priming and loading blast holes Maintain records of drill holes About you: Safe and productive work ethic Proven experience in an open cut mining environment is preferred Hold current Drivers Licence Already hold a Security Clearance (UHL) or be willing to obtain at own cost Able to undergo and pass Order 43 Coal Services Health medical and D&A Test Able to undergo a police check Work for a professional team with years of industry experience that is committed to your safety.
