Tree Climber/Groundsman We are seeking an experienced Tree Climber/Groundsman to join our team in this full‑time position. You will work alongside a dedicated crew that operates autonomously throughout the day. This is a senior supporting role to the leading hand, where you will have the opportunity to provide guidance and mentorship to our junior staff. Requirements Tree climbing and ground work experience Cert III in Arboriculture (or equivalent experience) Desired truck licence (to drive and operate a truck) Proven experience in tree climbing and/or ground work Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and commitment to safety Ability to work efficiently and independently What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $40+ per hour, depending on experience and attitude Opportunity for growth and advancement including and not limited to diploma and/or industry tickets Supportive management team Generous and caring workplace Steady and constant work.
