OverviewJoin to apply for the Strategic HR Business Partner role at Department of Primary Industries & Regional Development. We currently have two (2) 12-month Strategic HR Business Partner roles available, with potential for extension and / or permanency. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of impactful, business-aligned HR strategies; partner with senior leaders and managers to design and implement initiatives that enhance organisational performance and productivity, driving outcomes aligned with DPIRD's strategic vision. Provide expert guidance on complex and sensitive people matters; champion a values-led, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace culture. Coach leaders to strengthen their people management capabilities and support them through periods of transformation and change. Qualifications & Capabilities Proven experience coaching and partnering with leaders to build capability. Confidence and influence to navigate change and advise with credibility. Strong conceptual and analytical skills to solve complex challenges with innovative, risk‑aware solutions. Compensation Base pay range : A$139, / yr - A$149,/ yr.
