We’re on the hunt for a skilled Estimator to bring expertise and energy to our Estimating team at our Gold Coast office . If you’re looking for a role where every day is different, offering a dynamic mix of exciting projects, this could be the perfect next step in your career The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to support, shape and lead our busy quoting and tender's department. You’ll be at the forefront of enhancing estimation processes. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate cost estimates and manage tender submissions Conduct final review and quality assurance of all quotes Design and implement quoting policies and procedures to boost efficiency Interface regularly with project teams, operations, and stakeholders Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) What We’re Looking For At least 3years’ experience in estimating, tender preparation, or estimating preferably within commercial maintenance or construction sector Trade or technical background with strong industry knowledge Proficiency in estimating platforms such as BuildSoft, Bluebeam, or equivalent Advanced communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail, methodical approach, and ability to perform under pressure Initiative-driven, customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative yet autonomous working style Strong organisational ability and a “can‑do” attitude Willingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain a QLD Blue Card How to Apply Your experience in estimating and managing tender processes Examples of process improvements or team leadership you’ve delivered Your familiarity with estimation tools and software Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a Building Estimator?
