We are looking for a National Operations Support – Transitions role within our Customer Onboarding process in the Managed Services Division, Wasteflex. This is a permanent part‑time position, working three days per week, with two days required in the office. Key focus The role is accountable for the customer onboarding process, ensuring expectations are met through structured planning and delivery. You will partner proactively with new and existing service providers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding. Build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed. Guide new customers through the onboarding journey, including account set‑up, service scheduling and site assessments. Explain service agreements, pricing structures and company policies. Address customer questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate delivery and installation of waste collection equipment (e.g., bins, skips, compactors). Ensure operational teams are aligned with customer requirements and deadlines. Accurately input customer details, service agreements and schedules into the CRM system. Maintain and update customer records to reflect changes in services. Experience Proven track record in subcontractor/supplier management and coordination. Experience in similar roles where structured planning was essential to customer success. Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel). Waste industry experience highly desirable. Skills High level oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated high‑level organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities and manage time effectively while remaining flexible. Advanced interpersonal, communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills, liaising effectively across all levels.
