Provide differentiated instruction and accommodations to students with a range of learning disabilities and developmental delays. Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure academic success. Collaborate with general education teachers, counsellors, and other specialists to create and implement effective support strategies. Participate in professional development activities and stay current on best practices in special education, including laws and regulations Qualifications, Experience and Requirements: At least 1 full year of post-qualified classroom based teaching experience working with students of variable special requirements Eligibility for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Education transcripts can be provided when required Be able to provide contact details for two education-based referee’s from the last 2 years (student teacher mentors are acceptable) How to Apply: Ready to take the leap and start your new adventure in Melbourne?
