Role Overview This role is designed for a senior engineer who wants technical leadership without losing touch with code. You’ll own the delivery of a product area end‑to‑end—architecture, implementation, reliability, and performance—and guide a cross‑functional squad to outcomes that matter. Qualifications Strong experience in .NET and modern front‑end frameworks. Proven track record leading designs and guiding teams—architecting systems that scale, are observable, and are secure. Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL. Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for continuous learning and innovation. Eligibility You must be eligible to work in Australia full‑time. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain features using .NET, TypeScript (React/Angular), and MSSQL. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy. Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Mentor and support team members.
