Overview As an ISEP Coordinator you will deliver a Youth Focus Engagement program, ISEP, along side Balance Choice for clients between 15 and 25 years. Aims to support Indigenous youth at risk in Tennant Creek, NT, over 3 years to get back on track, reconnect with either employment, education, family, other support services and culture. Responsibilities You will target and include the provision of work experience to be aligned to participants aspirations to gain employment, utilising a 4-week program and person-centered model. Participants receive a varied but comprehensive foundation skills training and where appropriate readiness training, encompassing critical areas like Language, Literacy and Numeracy, emotional resilience, mental health awareness, Cultural Awareness training and therapy strategies.
