Join Our Team at Croydon Family Practice – Podiatrist (5-Month Maternity Cover) Family Doctor is a trusted healthcare provider in Melbourne, committed to delivering personalised, high-quality care to individuals and families. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Podiatrist to join our team on a 5-month maternity leave contract at our Croydon Family Practice. Clinic Highlights Prime Location: Conveniently situated in Croydon. AGPAL Accredited: Committed to the highest standards of care. Modern Facilities: Newly built, fully computerised clinic. Busy Practice: Consistent patient demand and full appointment books. Experienced Team: Collaborative environment with skilled GPs and allied health professionals. Supportive Infrastructure: Dedicated administrative and nursing staff. Community Engagement: Active involvement in local health initiatives. Mixed Billing Model: Bulk billing available for children under 16 and seniors over 65. Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Job Description We are looking for a passionate Podiatrist to provide high-quality care during a maternity leave period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our community. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of foot and lower limb conditions. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with GPs and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated care. Educate patients on foot care, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR systems. What We’re Looking For Relevant qualifications and registration as a Podiatrist. Strong clinical skills and a patient‑centred approach. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Contract Duration 5 months maternity cover – immediate start preferred.
