Project Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM) InitiativesOn-Site Full time 21d ago , from Nixil Information and Communications Technology Consulting We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver critical identity-focused initiatives—including IAM, SSO, MFA, and PAM —that strengthen security, uplift user experience, and support compliance across the organisation. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of security, technology, and business outcomes. You'll lead high-impact projects end-to-end, working with cross-functional teams to ensure our identity ecosystem is robust, modern, and seamless. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the full lifecycle delivery of identity-related projects, ensuring alignment with security and business goals. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application owners, and external vendors. Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and keep delivery on time and within scope. Provide clear, consistent status updates to stakeholders and senior leaders. Ensure all projects meet internal security standards and regulatory requirements. Manage Jira boards and generate Jira tickets as required. Create and maintain Confluence documentation for your projects. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). What You Bring Proven experience successfully delivering IT security or identity-focused projects. Strong working knowledge of IAM concepts, including: RBAC and access model fundamentals. Job profiles, roles, entitlements, and fine-grained authorisation. Authentication vs authorisation; SSO, federation, MFA. The business challenges solved by IGA and PAM solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate complex technical environments and translate requirements into actionable plans. Why Join Us?
