Civil Project Engineer

Full time, Permanent 7d ago , from Shadforths Civil Contractors We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Engineer to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects in the Fraser Coast region. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. For the right candidate, the company offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles and take on greater responsibilities as you establish yourself in the position. About you You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. Key responsibilities Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance. Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards. Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance. Manage and maintain client relationships. Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment.
