Job Description Colliers, a leading commercial property expert in Australia, is seeking a full‑time Commercial Property Manager for their Bendigo office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management in one of Victoria’s vibrant regional towns. Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain and grow the Bendigo Commercial Property Portfolio Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews Conduct routine property inspections Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants Ideal Candidate Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs Authentic personality with a "can‑do" approach Qualifications Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required Additional Information Benefits Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive, fun team environment with regular social events Corporate Benefits Program including health, retail, and travel discounts Career progression opportunities This role offers a unique chance to join a fast‑paced, hardworking team in the thriving Bendigo commercial property market.
