3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to perform installation and configuration of analytics devices at the Dyson Store in Chadstone Mall, Victoria . The engineer will be responsible for ensuring accurate setup and calibration of the analytics system to monitor Entrance Traffic, Passby Traffic, Demographics, and Staff Exclusion (MDD) parameters. Scope of Work Conduct a site survey prior to installation. Install and configure Aurora X9 analytics devices with Polarized Filter X4 . Ensure cabling, pivot mount, or drop pole setup as required. Perform installation during store hours without disrupting operations. Test, validate, and document all analytics device data points. Coordinate with Dyson representatives and provide completion photos and configuration reports. Requirements Proven experience in device installation, analytics setup, or retail technology deployments. Knowledge of camera‑based or sensor‑based analytics systems preferred. Must hold or be able to present Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million). Must hold valid Workers’ Compensation Insurance for Victoria. Ability to work safely and professionally within a live retail environment. Valid ID and authorization to access Chadstone Mall.
