Talent Acquisition Advisor at Stellar Recruitment Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Advisor role at Stellar Recruitment This 3-month contract role, with potential for extension, offers the opportunity to step into a well-established internal talent team within the mining industry, supporting ongoing maintenance recruitment activities. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and key internal stakeholders, gaining exposure to high-volume, business-critical maintenance roles across site operations. This position will see you supporting the recruitment of maintenance positions contributing to workforce continuity across operational and project sites. Duties Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified maintenance candidates. Support volume recruitment campaigns aligned to maintenance schedules and operational demands. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for allocated roles. Provide recruitment updates and reporting to internal stakeholders and hiring managers. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability against role requirements and company values. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create accurate job advertisements. Skills & Experience The Successful Candidate Will Have Prior Recruitment Experience, a Strong Sense Of Urgency, And The Ability To Perform In a Fast-paced, Operational Environment. To Be Considered, You Will Have Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within mining, maintenance, oil & gas, or heavy industry environments. Demonstrated experience supporting volume or project-based recruitment campaigns. Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent organisational and time management capability. A proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated approach. Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practice.
