Being the face of the branch and customer service. The roster is 60 hours per fortnight: Monday 8:45AM - 5:15PM Tuesday 10:00AM - 3:00PM Thursday 10:00AM - 3:00PM Friday 8:45AM - 5:15PM What you’ll bring to the role: Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets. Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset. Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone. Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different. Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
