Working Flexibility: Onsite with potential hybrid arrangements over the holiday period Role Overview We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Endpoint Security Engineer to support a high-impact project focused on Cisco Secure Endpoint (formerly AMP for Endpoints). This role involves low-level design creation, operational documentation, defect remediation, and L3 escalation support during the holiday period. You’ll play a key role in rebuilding endpoint security infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across critical phases of the project. Is innovation part of your DNA? Key Responsibilities Develop and complete low-level design documentation for endpoint security Create detailed work instructions for operational handover Remediate defects identified between November 2025 and January 2026 Support the rebuild of endpoint security infrastructure in CSV (Jan/Feb 2026) Provide L3 escalation support during the Christmas break Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders Ensure traceability and accuracy across all technical documentation Skills & Experience Strong previous experience in low-level design and technical documentation Hands‑on expertise with Cisco Secure Endpoint deployments Excellent attention to detail and requirements traceability Proven ability to work proactively and independently Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience supporting L3 escalations in enterprise environments Familiarity with endpoint security rebuilds and operational transitions Questions?
