Disability Support Worker – Complex & High Needs Disability Support Worker – Bilingual Arabic | Complex & High Behavioural Needs Make a real impact. Join a team that genuinely cares. We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide compassionate, culturally aware, and person‑centred support to participants with complex and high behavioural needs . Locations: Various sites across Western Sydney and Sydney metropolitan areaShifts: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, public holidays, overnights About the Role Support clients with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and community access Support participants with challenging behaviours and those at risk of absconding Administer PEG feeding, medication, and manual handling Write clear shift notes and incident reports Encourage participant independence, wellbeing, and choice About You Proven experience in high‑needs or complex behaviour support Confident managing challenging or aggressive behaviours Experience with PEG feeding or medical supports (highly desirable) Experience supporting clients at risk of absconding (preferred) Strong verbal and written English Bilingual English and Arabic (highly regarded) Calm, adaptable, reliable under pressure Do not apply if you do not have extensive experience or formal study in disability, aged care, or community services. Mandatory Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services Working With Children Check National Police Check Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with CTP insurance Why Join Us?
