4Cyte Pathology is Australian owned and operated Private Pathology Laboratory About the role We are currently seeking for experienced Pathology Collectors in Warrnambool area with full availabilities. Candidate must have at least 1 year experience in Pathology. Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients including performing ECG's and Holter and BP monitoring. Skills and experience Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method Collection of blood and other samples from patients Experience in ECG's and Holter monitors Experience in Paediatric and Neonatal Collections Processing of Pathology Specimens Ability to work alone and participate in the weekend roster in any of our collection centres Clerical duties and Process paperwork Own car and current drivers license is preferred Ability to communicate with the team, referring Doctors and patients Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery Ability to demonstrate organisation and problem solving skills Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Basic computer skills Comply with Work Health and Safety If you are interested in taking on the challenges of this position, please click "apply" and submit your cover letter and CV It is a requirement that a current working with children check clearance is provided upon commencement of employment.
