Exercise Physiologist - The Parks, Marion Leisure & Fitness YMCA South Australia is seeking a passionate, skilled and client-focused Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to join our dynamic Allied Health team. You will join a supportive, experienced, and values-driven Allied Health team, based primarily at The Parks Recreation & Sports Centre and/or the Marion Leisure & Fitness Centre. Two rewarding part-time opportunities for each location (or one full-time opportunity working between both locations) are open. The role offers: Flexibility (0.4–1 FTE opportunities, negotiable) Mentoring and ongoing professional development A varied and rewarding caseload Part time roles have potential to expand into full-time work As an AEP at YMCA SA, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centred care including: One-on-one assessments and tailored clinical exercise programs Group exercise sessions addressing specific health concerns Collaborative care planning with referrers, clients, and team members Navigating funding pathways such as Medicare, NDIS, compensable schemes, and private health Your caseload may include clients managing: Cardiac, neurological, or musculoskeletal conditions Orthopaedic rehabilitation Diabetes and chronic disease Mental health concerns You'll play a vital role in empowering clients to optimise their function, build confidence, and achieve lasting health outcomes.
