Role Overview Our Far North Queensland office continues to grow and we are seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service to support this continued growth. Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships. Qualifications This role will report to the Care Manager and a successful candidate will have the following: Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services (or currently studying) Current Australian National Police check that has been issued in the last 12 months Current first aid and CPR certificate Smart mobile phone Driver’s licence and their own reliable presentable car Ability to provide personal and domestic care A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people in a community setting Excellent written and verbal skills Able to work autonomously and as part of a team Excellent time management and organisational skills Willingness to participate in further education opportunities Please note that we review applications and extend offers on a rolling basis, which means we may fill all available spaces for some divisions and locations prior to the application deadline.
