Consultant Paediatrician – Western Australia $412,161 – $523,436 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, superannuation + regional allowances) Expressions of interest are welcomed from candidates who have current registration or are eligible for specialist registration with AHPRA and have been assessed as substantially comparable by RACP. About the Role As a Consultant Paediatrician, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to paediatric and neonatal patients across the region. Responsibilities Manage acute and chronic paediatric conditions including neonatal care. Provide clinical leadership and work with a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. Contribute to clinical governance, policy, and service improvement. Supervise and mentor junior doctors: Senior Registrar, Registrar, Residents, and Intern. Participate in an on‑call roster for emergency and neonatal care. This is a high‑impact role in a region where your contribution is both valued and visible. About You Clinically experienced in general paediatrics, neonatology, and developmental care. A strong team player with leadership and teaching skills. ionate about rural health and equity in care.
