This is a hybrid creative role , split between Client-facing creative support (approx. 50%) , and Internal marketing for Patch Agency, Patch Studio and eSpace Events (approx. 50%) . As our Creative Marketing Coordinator , you’ll be hands‑on across content creation, design, social media implementation and supporting creative strategy. You’ll help bring both our clients’ brands and our internal brands to life across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities Client Creative & Marketing Support (Approx. 50%) Plan, capture and edit engaging short‑form content (Reels/TikToks) for client brands. Assist with basic photography and on‑the‑go content at shoots, venues and events. Provide graphic design support by creating high‑quality social media assets, campaign visuals and branded content using Canva (Adobe a strong bonus). Collaborate closely with our Creative Lead to ensure design consistency, brand alignment and a luxury visual standard across all clients. Support the development of monthly content calendars in collaboration with the account management and creative teams. Write on‑brand captions and basic ad copy for social media and digital campaigns. Assist in producing and updating EDM designs, layouts and visual assets. Support creative execution for Meta and Google Ads (static design variations, video adaptations, ad visuals). Key Responsibilities Internal Marketing – Patch, eSpace & Patch Studio (Approx. 50%) Create behind‑the‑scenes content showcasing agency life, client work and creative projects. Capture and edit content for eSpace events and Patch Studio bookings. Develop social content to promote Patch Agency, Patch Studio and eSpace across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Design a wide range of promotional assets including social tiles, event flyers, studio campaigns, seasonal promotions, and visual marketing material. Support ongoing brand development , ensuring Patch, eSpace and Patch Studio maintain a cohesive and elevated visual identity. Support the Managing Director and Creative Lead in executing internal marketing initiatives, creative campaigns and brand‑building content. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creative, digital or media agency role (or similar multi‑brand environment). Demonstrated experience creating social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and/or LinkedIn. Strong understanding of social media content formats, trends and best practice. Solid graphic design skills, with proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus). Confident video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools . Comfortable shooting iPhone content (photo and video) in a range of environments. Strong ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas. Excellent written communication skills and ability to write clear, on‑brand captions and basic ad/EDM copy. Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple brands. Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast‑paced team. Full working rights in Australia. (Not essential, but highly regarded) Experience in industries such as hospitality, fashion, lifestyle and beauty . Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp). Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital campaigns . Experience assisting on photography or content shoots (e.g. shot lists, BTS content). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a strong bonus. Experience updating basic website content (WordPress, Squarespace or similar). Benefits and Perks Competitive salary based on experience.
