Learn more at experianplc.com. We are seeking an accomplished Account Director to lead our largest accounts within the Alternative Finance sector. Based in Melbourne, you will drive growth, engagement, and revenue generation for our key clients. Your role will involve strategic upselling, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions from our suite of world‑class Decisioning software, Credit Bureau data, Open Banking Solutions, and Fraud & ID offerings. Your primary responsibility will be achieving sales targets by understanding client needs and aligning our solutions with their commercial objectives. Your agility, curiosity, and creative problem‑solving skills will be essential. Key Responsibilities Drive sales generation. Lead and expand relationships with our largest clients in the Alternative Finance sector.Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue new business prospects. Take the commercial lead in achieving positive bidding outcomes. Align Experian’s value propositions with client business drivers. Champion Experian values. Maintain and grow the existing revenue footprint within the Enterprise accounts. Deliver exceptional client focus, targeting industry‑leading Net Promoter Score achievement. Become a trusted advisor and go‑to subject‑matter expert for your customers, participating in the development of key solutions to make their business more successful. Qualifications 10 to 15 years of experience managing Enterprise accounts. History in complex sales and understanding of complex solutions. Enthusiastic outlook and strong team orientation.
