On‑site EV charging stations Discounted private health insurance ABOUT THE ROLE Shape brand and category strategy through sharp financial modelling, forecasting, and insights. Drive confident investment decisions, optimise portfolios, and embed best practices for efficiency and impact. Key Responsibilities (under the guidance of the Commercial Finance Manager) Deliver high‑quality financial analysis and presentations to influence strategic decisions. Provide strategic advice to Category Leads on brand and category strategies. Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimise pricing strategies for brands and product lines. Help lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across product cycles. Prepare scenario planning and financial models to assess risks and opportunities. Support budgeting processes and develop dashboards for KPI tracking. Embed financial discipline in investment decisions and ensure strong returns on new launches. ABOUT YOU 2+ years’ experience in FP&A within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Strong financial modelling and scenario planning skills to assess risks and returns. Commercial acumen to turn insights into actionable recommendations. Ability to partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimise pricing and portfolio decisions. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and KPI dashboard development. Able to interpret market trends and performance drivers for proactive insights. Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (Oracle preferred); CPA/CA qualification or in progress highly regarded.
