Your impact Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance leadership team, the Electrical Supervisor - High Voltage (Shovel & Excavator Fleet) role provides the statutory supervision and technical leadership required to support safe, reliable maintenance of the shovel and excavator fleet at Boddington Gold Mine, including CAT 7495 ERS, CAT 6060 and CAT 6040. You will ensure all High Voltage electrical installations and work are completed in full compliance with statutory and site safety requirements, while providing technical support to HV Electrical Technicians and leading a multi-discipline crew to deliver planned work and respond effectively to break-in maintenance. As part of our team you will Act as the Statutory Supervisor for a multi-discipline maintenance team supporting the shovel and excavator fleet Ensure all High Voltage electrical work and installations comply with statutory obligations and site safety standards Provide technical guidance and support to High Voltage Electrical Technicians Coordinate maintenance execution by working effectively with operating areas, maintenance support teams and other departments Liaise with external parties including supply authorities and statutory bodies as required Assign tasks, prioritise workloads and support development of crew members through coaching and on-the-job monitoring Manage weekly scheduled work and respond to break-in work to achieve business priorities and work management KPIs Work with other supervisors to resolve short-interval production challenges and support delivery against plan Operate as the key point of contact for crew members, setting clear expectations and maintaining a safe and productive workplace Manage roster requirements, resourcing, training needs and disciplinary matters where required Prerequisites for your success in the role Electrical Trade Qualification with a minimum of 5 years diverse electrical experience, including supervisory experience on large mobile mining equipment Current WA Electrical Workers Licence (A Grade) / Endorsed Electrical Mechanic Ability to obtain or hold the Site Electrical In-House Nominee Licence Statutory Supervisor Qualification (Section 26) or ability to obtain by 31 March 2026 High Voltage competency with switching experience Demonstrated experience in heavy mobile equipment / mobile maintenance environments Highly regarded CAT 7495 Electric Rope Shovel experience (or similar) High Voltage reticulation experience Full and unrestricted eligibility for employment in Australia will be essential.
