THE ROLE Understanding the manufacturer's policies and procedures in order to assist manage claims and ensurewarranty repair orders are written for proper compliance and accuracy Handle and resolve claim corrections and invoicing Build and maintain relationships with manufactures, staff and customers Meeting and greeting customers professionally Providing the ultimate customer experience demonstrating the company values Communicating all warranty and claims compliance concerns. ABOUT YOU Highly organised and systems orientated. Ability to maximise claims, whilst making sure all claims are accurate. Ability to problem solve and resolve claims efficiently Ability to keep the dealership compliant with regular audits Effective professional communication skills Positive attitude and willing to work in a team Excellent computer skills, data base entry and management Great time management WHATS IN IT FOR YOU Work life balance, work a 4 day working week with no loss to your full-time 38 hours per week.
