The Opportunity This is not just a leadership role—it’s a hands‑on technical delivery position utilising RPA, IDP, BPM/workflow and AI technologies . You’ll lead by example, architect solutions, and actively contribute to client projects while shaping our automation strategy and building a high‑performing team. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, technology partners, and our consultants to deliver world‑class solutions that truly delight customers. Your Impact Design and implement end‑to‑end automation solutions Oversee delivery and ensure alignment with business outcomes Champion AI adoption and platform innovation Contribute to practice development and managed services The Role Responsibilities include: Project Planning & scoping Define clear project objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation. Stakeholder & Team Co-ordination: Identify and assess project risks and devise mitigation strategies. Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, vendors, clients, and business units. Facilitate effective communication, keeping all stakeholders informed about progress and changes. Organise and lead regular project meetings, maintaining documentation and action registers. Execution & Delivery Management Oversee day‑to‑day project activities, providing guidance & QA to technical teams Ensure timely and quality delivery of key milestones Proactively manage changes in scope or requirements Monitor project budgets and client billingManage 3rd party vendors and contractors Create and deliver status reports, dashboards and presentations for executive leadership (client and internal) Manage technical elements of managed service delivery About You 5+ years experience managing software development / digital transformation projects, 8-10+ years overall IT industry experience Experience managing complex technology projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Technical: Experience in software engineering Understanding of RPA concepts and platform Understanding of business workflow solutions Grounding in the use of AI technologies for business automation lifecycle Leadership, Delivery & Consulting Ability to translate technical jargon for business audiences and foster cross‑functional collaboration Strong leadership and ability to roll up your sleeves for delivery Organisational skills: exceptional at multitasking, prioritisation and timeline management Leadership: experience motivating teams and managing in a hybrid/remote work environment Consulting experience in transformation or automation Stakeholder management: excellent skills at managing diverse stakeholders including customers, internal delivery team and external providers Experience in Finance domain / working with ERP platforms Industry experience in healthcare, construction, supply chain and distribution Experience in delivering AI‑ based automation solutions Qualifications Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science or related Developer Certification in RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, Enterprise Workflow platforms, TOGAF (desirable) Why Join Us?
