Speech Pathologist – Youth Caseload – Central Coast Location: Lake Haven, New South Wales, Australia Employment type: Full time (part‑time considered) Salary: $82,106 – $110,143 per annum + superannuation, vehicle options, laptop, phone, and the opportunity to boost salary up to $10,000. About the Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide life‑changing speech pathology to NDIS participants aged 10‑24, supporting them across diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres. Responsibilities Use evidence‑based assessment tools to develop individual therapy plans that maximize participant goals and NDIS funding. Deliver high‑quality speech‑language therapy in varied contexts. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends). Participate in weekly team meetings and share insights and stories of impact. Utilise the support of a Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor for ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology. Valid SPA registration. Positive, flexible mindset and strong communication skills. Team‑player attitude with commitment to personal and professional growth. Valid driver’s licence. Completed NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check. Experience in NDIS/disability services preferred (not essential).
