Contract Compliance Officer We're seeking an experienced Contract Compliance Officer to provide strategic compliance oversight across our multi-state RTO operations. This is a flexible, remote contractor role supporting our growing organisation. What You'll Do ✅ Conduct quarterly internal RTO audits across QLD & NSW locations ✅ Manage multi-state regulatory reporting and ASQA compliance ✅ Oversee QLD & NSW funding compliance and reporting requirements ✅ Prepare monthly compliance reports for management ✅ Support our internal compliance coordinator with complex matters ✅ Ensure VET Quality Framework standards are maintained ✅ Monitor AVETMISS reporting and apprenticeship/traineeship funding What We're Looking For Essential: 5+ years RTO compliance experience Expert knowledge of ASQA Standards for RTOs 2015 Proven experience with QLD & NSW funding compliance and reporting Demonstrated experience with ASQA audits and regulatory compliance Strong understanding of apprenticeship and traineeship funding frameworks TAE qualification highly desirable You Are Self-motivated and detail-oriented Excellent at report writing and documentation Able to work independently and remotely Solutions-focused with strong analytical skills Committed to maintaining the highest compliance standards Key Details Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Independent Contractor Hours: 1-2 days per week Location: Remote with occasional site visits to Gold Coast Reporting To: Operations Manager How to Apply Send your CV and a brief cover letter addressing your RTO compliance experience and multi-state funding expertise to Gareth Philpott, CEO.
