Job Description Are you passionate about building scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions that power exceptional product experiences? We’re looking for a Director, Software Engineering to lead high‑performing engineering teams and drive delivery for some of the most critical products in our technology ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing Lead Engineering Delivery: Drive execution for one or more core products, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery. Shape the Roadmap: Partner with Product Management to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Champion Modern Practices: Promote CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud‑native architectures across teams. Ensure Enterprise Alignment: Maintain compliance with architecture, infrastructure, and security standards. Build High‑Performing Teams: Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering transparency and continuous improvement. Communicate Strategically: Translate technical decisions into business‑relevant language for stakeholders. Drive Transformation: Support digital initiatives and AI integration to future‑proof our platforms. Manage Operations: Oversee day‑to‑day engineering processes, vendor relationships, and recommend improvements. Plan for Growth: Support budgeting, resource planning, and succession planning for key roles. Job Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in leading product‑focused engineering teams. Strong understanding of enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI technologies. Experience working in cross‑functional, global teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Why Join Cotality?
