We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce professional to support the delivery and optimisation of our global Ecommerce roadmap. You will play a key role in enhancing site performance, improving customer experience, and driving conversion across our Ecommerce platforms. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with strong technical Ecommerce experience, a passion for UX and CRO, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced retail environment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for day‑to‑day execution, optimisation, and operational excellence across all sites. This role supports the Ecommerce roadmap, ensures the website is trading effective and delivers continuous improvements across product presentation, SEO, merchandising, UX and site performance. The Ecommerce Specialist plays a critical role in driving conversion, customer experience, and scalable digital growth. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of the global Ecommerce roadmap, including feature development, platform enhancements, and site improvements that drive conversion and efficiency. Liaise with developers and third‑party vendors to brief, test, QA, and implement site updates, integrations, and enhancements. Own site performance optimisation across checkout, page speed, mobile experience, accessibility, and CRO initiatives. Ensure all new features meet design, functionality, and performance standards to deliver best‑in‑class UX. Analyse UX and behavioural data to identify friction points and lead optimisation and testing initiatives. Execute site flips, seasonal updates, and BAU site changes in line with trading and campaign priorities. Manage product uploads and onsite execution, ensuring accurate data, SEO‑optimised copy, correct assets, and on‑time launches. Maintain product data integrity across systems, including PIM, inventory feeds, tagging, and categorisation. Own onsite merchandising, including collections, navigation, product visibility, and promotional placement. Develop and optimise landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and key business initiatives. Coordinate and execute technical SEO improvements in collaboration with our external agency. Support operations, customer service, and ecommerce teams with testing, deployment, and training of customer journey enhancements. Monitor and report on key site performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage ad hoc Ecommerce and wider business tasks in line with company priorities. Skills, Experience & Qualifications 3+ years’ proven experience in an Ecommerce or digital role, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer brands with global reach. Strong hands‑on experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and third‑party integrations. Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, UX best practices, and onsite benchmarking. Experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver technical updates and enhancements. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements. Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across marketing, creative, IT, merchandising, and operations teams. A proactive learner who stays up to date with ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices. Experience with platforms such as Shopify, AP21, Searchspring, and Google Analytics is desirable but not essential. Why work at Billini?
