About the Company Conquest Sports Pty Ltd is a leading Australian & New Zealand retailer and wholesaler specialising in footwear and apparel. About the Role The Ecommerce Coordinator will support the online commerce team at our Mitcham Head Office, providing hands‑on assistance across website management, digital marketing and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual eager to break into ecommerce within the fashion and streetwear industry. Responsibilities Website administration and product support – preparing products for launch, including limited‑edition collaboration drops. Ad‑hoc reporting, merchandising and general department support. Assisting with new website features and reporting bugs for development. Supporting the digital marketing team with email marketing briefs, email creation and deployment. Provision of customer service support during busy periods. Qualifications and Skills A qualification in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or a related field (highly regarded). 1–2 years of experience in an Assistant/Coordinator role. Exposure to Magento and Google Analytics (advantageous). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities. Detail‑oriented, proactive and willing to learn and support all aspects of ecommerce.
