Sales Representative

Spencer College is a professional and progressive education provider with multiple locations, including our head office in Brisbane CBD. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality education and excellent customer service to our students and partners. The Role: We are seeking 3 part-time Sales Representatives (leading to full-time) to join our Sales team. You will focus on promoting our courses and building relationships with prospective students and educational agents from Thailand, China/Taiwan and Philippines. This role is ideal for someone passionate about international student recruitment, sales, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective students in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Promote courses and services through calls, emails, and social media. Support marketing campaigns and provide feedback from clients. Achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills and Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service . Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience required. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Strong computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms. Excellent communication and time management skills . Native or fluent proficiency in Thai, Mandarin, or Filipino is required. Experience in a migration agency or as an international student in Australia is highly regarded. Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment .
