Overview Fleet Workshop/Maintenance Manager – Are you a qualified diesel mechanic looking to step away from the tools and into the leadership role? About Us: Complete Group is a leading Construction and Hire Company with a fleet of Heavy and Light vehicles, ranges of trailers together with a fleet of Generators that we require routinely servicing and maintenance plans. We understand that our fleet is the key to our success and together with our state-of-the-art facilities being constructed at our new depot in Rockingham. We are now seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead, manage, and maintain our fleet with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency. About The Role As a Workshop Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining fleet, safety, uptime, and performance. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing preventative maintenance programs, reducing downtime, and overseeing workshop processes to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness. Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar workshop management role Proven experience in managing light and heavy vehicle repair operations Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements Experience in team leadership and staff development Knowledge of fleet maintenance and workshop operations Responsibilities Oversee daily workshop operations and team performance Managing Preventative Maintenance Programs, and ensure fleet meets all regulatory requirements. Coordinate with other Group divisions to deliver works that will not impact workload.
