Right candidate has to; Be enthusiastic person, passionate with coffee. Be able to work under pressure Be interactive with people Have knowledge of coffee in general Be able to steam milk professionally Be able to do latte art advanced level Dial coffee size We are a friendly, easy and happy team environment but also are strict when it comes to quality and service. The right person must work well under pressure with great customer service & communication skills. Roles and responsibilities for barista Work effectively and ensuring working areas are cleaned and reset quickly Have to be passionate with coffee and have knowledge of it. Basic understanding latte art mechanism.
