Job Description Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll play a hands‑on role in maintaining and improving vital drainage infrastructure across a thriving, diverse community. As a Senior Plant Operator, you’ll operate a range of large plant, support your team, and help keep our city safe and running smoothly. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor others and step up as site leader when needed. What You’ll Be Doing Operate excavators, loaders, and jetting trucks Lead site operations during the Leading Hand’s absence Perform drainage maintenance and minor construction Ensure public and team safety at all times Train and mentor plant operators on site Complete site records, timesheets, and reports Conduct traffic management for daily operations Promote and implement safety procedures Please find the Job Description here.
