What you'll be doing As a Cardiac Sonographer in our unit you’ll perform and adapt echocardiograms to meet clinical needs, prioritise patient care, and contribute to a high-performing diagnostic team. You will be: Performing echo studies to ASUM and NSW Health standards. Managing inpatient and outpatient workflow. Ensuring patient dignity and confidentiality. Essential Criteria: Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (Cardiac) or working towards. Registration: Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry. Selection Criteria: Accredited by the Australian Sonographer accreditation registry. Postgraduate qualifications in Medical Sonography (Cardiac). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment towards a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Computer literacy. Demonstrate high standard of practice within the profession through active involvement in conferences, lectures, seminars, continuing education or professional development.
